Have recent verifiable driving experience or completion of qualified truck school
Have a valid class "A" CDL
HAZ MAT endorsements
Be at least 21 years of age
Pass a DOT physical, or provide your own within last six months
Pass drug screen
Have a stable verifiable work history
Have an acceptable driving record
No DWI/DUI convictions (Last Five Years)
No drug convictions ever (Last Five Years)
No Careless/Reckless (Last Five Years)
