May Trucking Company added an Operating Center to Layton, Utah in 1984. Currently Layton operates over 140 trucks on the reefer division . Our Operation Service Leaders are friendly and knowledgeable and put drivers needs first. We also have a full shop staffed with capable mechanics to keep our trucks on the road.

Kathy Burgess has been in the transportation industry for 20 years, and May Trucking Company for 8 years. She has experience in Logistics, Sales, and Operations. Kathy started with MTC in July of 1997 as a recruiter. A couple of years later when MTC moved fleets into the outside terminals, she became an Operations Service Leader. She then moved into the Operating Center Manager position in November of 2000.
